* Update on John Bennett conviction, sentencing and setting
aside indemnity order
* Corporation intends to file a motion with Ontario court as
soon as possible
* Since 2010 corp has been required to indemnify Bennett on
interim basis for reasonable legal expenses he incurs in
connection with his criminal defense
