    ** Co posts Q4 earnings of $0.10/share, below estimates of

    ** Reports Q4 revenue of $50.7 mln, below estimates of
$55.18 mln
    ** Co says fall in revenue was due primarily to deferrals in
monitoring, compliance programs and reduction of non-labor costs
 due to COVID-19 pandemic
    ** Up to last close, DLHC shares up 160.38% YTD
