of the factors that may move German stocks on Tuesday:

Mercedes-Benz November sales figures expected.

A major auto trade group that includes Daimler and
Volkswagen made a last-ditch effort to block the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency from finalizing tough fuel

Germany's highest court due to rule at 0900 GMT on whether
the country's decision to exit nuclear power was legal, helping
to determine whether or not three power firms can pursue damage
claims of up to 19 billion euros ($20.4 billion).
BRAAS MONIER BMSA.DE
A court in Luxembourg approved a temporary injunction
brought by bidder Standard Industries against plans for Braas
Monier to issue new shares to fend off the takeover. Braas
Monier said it would fight to have the injunction lifted.
