Germany's highest court due to rule at 0900 GMT on whether
the country's decision to exit nuclear power was legal, helping

A court in Luxembourg approved a temporary injunction
brought by bidder Standard Industries against plans for Braas
Monier to issue new shares to fend off the takeover. Braas
Monier said it would fight to have the injunction lifted.
