FRANKFURT, July 15 (Reuters) - The following are some of the 
factors that may move German stocks on Friday: 
     
    AUTOS  BMWG.DE  DAIGn.DE  VOWG_p.DE  
    European car sales figures for June due from trade body ACEA 
at 0600 GMT. 
     
    BAYER  BAYGn.DE  
    The German drug and crop chemical group unveiled details on 
Thursday of a sweetened $64 billion acquisition offer for 
Monsanto Co  MON.N  as it seeks to put the U.S. seed company

    VOLKSWAGEN  VOWG_p.DE  
    Britain should consider prosecuting Volkswagen over the 
diesel emissions scandal, a committee of lawmakers said on 
Friday, accusing the government of being too slow to decide

    Separately, VW's Audi  NSUG.DE  is planning to build plug-in
