Norway's DNO offers to buy Britain's Genel OSLO, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Norwegian oil company DNO DNO.OL said on Friday it has approached the board of Britain's Genel Energy GENL.L with a proposed takeover offer, valuing Genel at 69 pence per share.
