** Kurdistan-focused Genel Energy's GENL.L $436 million offer outbids Norway's DNO DNO.OL for Capricorn Energy, wins board support
** GENL up 2.4% at 64.5 pence
** YTD, as of last close, CNE up about 102%, GENL up around 6%
