Lufthansa in early talks with Do&Co, SATS on possible LSG deal - sources

FRANKFURT, Dec 14 (Reuters) - German flagship carrier
Lufthansa LHAG.DE is in deliberations about a possible tie-up
of its catering unit LSG Group with companies such as Austria's
Do&Co DOCO.VI and Singapore's SATS SATS.SI , people close to
the matter said.
Lufthansa is exploring options for the unit with the help of
Morgan Stanley MS.N , but has not launched a formal sales
process, the people said.
