ZURICH/GDANSK, March 13 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:

ROCHE ROG.S

Roche has acquired rights to an obesity therapy by Denmark's Zealand Pharma ZELA.CO in a collaboration deal worth up to $5.3 billion, as the Swiss drugmaker seeks to boost its prospects in the booming weight-loss market.

SIX

Swiss stock exchange operator SIX reported a net profit of 38.7 million Swiss francs ($43.93 million) last year after a 1 billion franc loss in 2023, and said it plans to reduce its costs by over 120 million francs through 2027 in a move likely to encompass job cuts.
