** Shares of virtual document signing platform DocuSign DOCU.O rise 6.5% to $81.18 after the bell

** For Q3, DOCU sees revenue between $804 million and $808 million, ahead of estimates of $796.5 million, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Expects annual revenue in the range of $3.19 billion to $3.20 billion, compared to estimates of $3.16 billion

** DOCU reports Q2 revenue of $800.6 million, beating estimates of $780.2 million

** Reports Q2 billings of $818.0 million, also ahead of estimates of $763.5 million

** DOCU has fallen 15.2% YTD
