** Co reports a 9% rise in Q4 revenue to $776.3 million, beating estimates of $761.3 million - data compiled by LSEG

** Co's adj Q4 profit stood at 86 cents per share vs 76 cents per share a year earlier

** Analysts, on average, expected a profit of 85 cents

** Co says quarterly billings rose 11% Y/Y to $923.2 million

** As of last close, stock down nearly 17% YTD; it rose over 51% in 2024
