Docusign surges after Q3 results beat Wall Street estimates

** Shares of virtual document signing platform Docusign
 DOCU.O  rise ~16% to $97.26 after the bell 
    ** Co's total revenue rises 8% in Q3 to $754.8 mln, beating
estimates of $745.3 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG  
    ** DOCU's adjusted Q3 profit climbs to 90 cents per share vs
79 cents per share a year earlier 
    ** Analysts on average had expected a profit of 87 cents in
the quarter
    ** Co says quarterly billings were $752.3 mln, a 9%
year-over-year increase
    ** As of last close, stock up nearly 41% YTD
