** Shares of therapy developer Virios Therapeutics Inc
 VIRI.O  rise 3.73% to $1.11 premarket
    ** Co says it has submitted final toxicology results as per
U.S. Food & Drug Administration's (FDA) feedback on proposal of
late-stage trial of VIRI's lead drug candidate, IMC-1, in the
treatment of fibromyalgia
    ** Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder that causes pain and
tenderness throughout the body as well as fatigue and trouble
sleeping
     ** Co had proposed a development program for late-stage
study, based on data from mid-stage study
    ** Up to last close, stock up ~352% YTD
