    ** Co's proposal for late-stage study of IMC-1 is
acceptable, subject to review of certain toxicology reports -
FDA in initial feedback to co
    ** IMC-1 is co's lead drug candidate to suppress replication
of herpes virus and reduce fibromyalgia, a chronic disorder
causing pain, fatigue and sleeplessness; drug is on fast track

    ** Co had proposed a development program for late-stage
