    * Dolly Varden announces a $5MM offering of common and 
flow-through shares 
    * Dolly Varden-To raise $5.0 million from sale of upto 2.7 
million shares in Co's capital at $0.73 per share and upto 3.5 
million flow-through shares at $0.85 per share 
    * Dolly Varden - 2017 exploration program budget has been 
extended from $3.5 million to $6 million, increased to 
approximately 12,000 metres of diamond drilling 
    * Dolly Varden-Proceeds of offering for further exploration, 
mineral resource expansion of Dolly Varden Silver property in 
Northwestern British Columbia
