** Shares in real estate technology co  DOMA.N  down ~2% at
$1.91 in extended trading 
    ** DOMA says Chief Financial Officer Noaman Ahmad will be

    ** Co adds Ahmad will take on a new role at a private
company in an unrelated industry
    ** DOMA says its chief accounting officer, Mike Smith, will
serve as acting CFO
    ** Adds that it will be initiating an external search for a
new CFO in the coming weeks
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock had fallen ~62% this year
