    ** Eric Trump and Donald J. Trump Jr., sons of U.S.
President Donald Trump, take stakes of 6.71% each in co as of
February 18, filings show
    ** Both investors joined DOMH advisory board on February 11
    ** Dominari is seeking to build investments in artificial
intelligence and data centers
    ** Harnessing AI technology "is essential to the 'America
First' agenda," Donald J. Trump Jr. said in February 11
statement
    ** DOMH earlier in the month announced creation of
independent company American Data Centers, whose members include
Dominari, Donald J. Trump Jr. and Eric Trump 
    ** DOMH has an outstanding market capitalization of $64.25
million, as per LSEG data
    ** Stock has gained over 700% in 2025 as of Monday's close
