Virginia governor says she will file documentation to intervene Dominion-NextEra merger Aug 6 (Reuters) - Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger said on Thursday she would file the documentation to formally intervene in a proposed merger between Dominion Energy D.N and NextEra Energy NEE.N.
