Brief: Dominion Hosting to acquire Bee Bee Web

Feb 13(Reuters) - Dominion Hosting Holding  DHH.MI : 
    * Said on Friday signed deal to purchase entire corporate capital of Bee Bee Web SA from 
Sergio Ravera 
    * Will also buy Italian reseller of Bee Bee Web, to make group presence on Italian market 
even stronger 
    * In particular, will buy abovementioned companies for payment in cash amounting to 0.9 
million euros ($958,860) and transfer of 40,000 DHH's shares issued after capital increase 
reserved to Mr. Ravera  
    * After acquisition, DHH will become sole owner of Bee Bee Web and Sergio Ravera, current 
sole owner and director of Bee Bee Web, will become shareholder of DHH and he will maintain his 
position as director of Bee Bee Web 
    * Transaction is expected to be closed by April 30
