March 10 (Reuters) - FCF Capital Inc  FCF.V : 
 * Provides update on previously announced financing 
 * Entered into agreement with clarus securities to sell up to 107.1 million 
   subscription receipts on private placement basis at $0.14 per share 
 * In addition, co will proceed with an offering of up to 71.4 million 
   subscription receipts at a price of $0.14 per share 
 * Intends to use the net proceeds of the offerings to acquire interests in 
   private businesses
