much as 1.4% to A$33.56, their highest level since July 26
    ** The pizza maker appoints Kerri Hayman as the first female
ANZ CEO
    ** Says Hayman was promoted to CEO, ANZ, from current role
as chief operating officer ANZ
    ** Stock has fallen 43.8% this year as of last close
