Domo Inc falls after co forecasts Q1 loss slightly above estimates

** Shares of cloud-based data provider Domo Inc  DOMO.O 
down 17% at $13.7 
    ** Expects Q1 adj loss in the range of $0.15-$0.19 per share
vs average analysts' estimate of a loss of $0.16/shr
    ** Non-GAAP net loss per share for FY 2024 is expected to be
between $0.27 and $0.39
    ** Further, co expects Q1 rev in the range of $78.5
mln-$79.5 mln and 2024 rev in the range of $323 mln-$330 mln
    ** Additionally, co posts a GAAP loss of $0.57/share and a
Non-GAAP loss of $0.02/share on a rev of $79.6 mln in Q4 2023 
    ** Also announced that Domo Founder Josh James will succeed
John Mellor as co's CEO 
    ** Shares of DOMO fell 71.29% in 2022
