AGM Statement

 

Donegal Investment Group Plc held its AGM today.

 

Each of the resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting today were
approved by shareholders. The full text of each resolution was set out in the
Notice of Annual General Meeting which was available on the Company's website.

The Chairman Mr. Vance thanked the Group's employees for their work over the
course of the year which resulted in an improved trading performance in FY23
and reiterated the Board's commitment to protecting shareholder value going
forward.

 

The board are also pleased to report that the resolutions required to
facilitate the return of  €4.8m in capital to shareholders in January 2025
were passed in full.
