Donegal Investment Group ("the Company") announces that it has been informed
of the purchase of 678 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an
average price per share of €19.50 by Geoffrey Vance, the Chairman of the
Company, on 28th March 2023.

 

Following the purchase of shares, Geoffrey Vance is the beneficial owner of
36,044 Ordinary Shares representing 2.26% of the Company's current issued
share capital.
