    Nov 17 (Reuters) - Doosan Bobcat Inc  241560.KS : 
    * Says it will issue about 30 million shares through initial 
public offering, with offering price of 30,000 won per share, 
for proceeds of 900.85 billion won 
    * Says it will list under symbol of "241560" on KOSPI 
exchange 
    * Expected listing date is Nov. 18
