Director/PDMR Shareholding
dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, was today informed that Boris Huard, Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 22,700 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 87.95 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Huard has an interest in 22,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
