Director's Dealings 
 
dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as
a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, was
notified on 24 July 2014 that on 15 July 2014, an externally managed trust
setup by Mr Frank Beechinor-Collins for the benefit of his children over which
he has no control and no beneficial interest (the "Curra Trust"), sold 99,194
ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), at a price of 33.5 pence per Ordinary Share. 
 
Following this disposal, the combined beneficial interest of Mr Frank
Beechinor-Collins and the Curra Trust in the capital of the Company is 200,000
Ordinary Shares, which equates to a beneficial interest of 0.35% of the
