Grant of Options
dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that pursuant to the Group's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme, the Company has today granted a total of 809,160 options over ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.28% of dotdidgital's total voting rights. The exercise price for these options is 40.25 pence being the share price at the time of grant on 25thNovember 2015. These options are being granted to 4 key employees.
Following this grant of options, the total number of share options outstanding will be 5,712,090 representing 1.96% of dotdigital's total voting rights.
