Grant of Options
dotdigital Group plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that pursuant to the Group's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme, the Company has granted a total of 206,460 options over ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of dotdigital's total voting rights. The exercise price for these options is 44.5 pence being the share price at the time of grant on 26thApril 2016. These options are being granted to a key employee.
Following this grant of options, the total number of share options outstanding will be 4,360,620 representing 1.49% of dotdigital's total voting rights.
