The issued share capital as at 31 December 2016 was 295,573,485 Ordinary Shares of £0.005 per share

9. RETAINED EARNINGS
In the 6 months to December 2014, 285,000
£0.005 Ordinary Shares with an aggregate
nominal value of£1,425 were purchased and are
held in treasury. A further 375,000 £0.005
Ordinary Shares with an aggregate nominal
value of £1,875 were purchased in the 6 months
to 30 June 2015 and are held in treasury. As a
result, 660,000 Ordinary shares are now held
in treasury and distributable reserves have
been reduced by £212,475, being the
consideration paid for these shares.
10. RELATED PARTY NOTE
Transactions between the company and its
subsidiaries, who are related parties, have
been eliminated on
consolidation and are not disclosed in this
note.
