NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive software as a service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that it will be announcing its results for the six months ended 31 December 2014 on Tuesday 24 February 2015.
As part of the Interim Results report and subsequent investor roadshow, Simone Barratt, CEO Designate, will provide an update on dotDigital's growth plans and investment strategy for the next two years.
