Retirement of Director
dotDigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading providerof intuitive Software-as-a-Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, today gives an update on Peter Simmonds' retirement plans.
Further to previous announcements, Peter Simmonds, currently the deputy CEO of the Company (CEO until February 2015), will retire as an Executive Director from the Board of the Company as of 30th June 2015. From 1st July 2015 Mr Simmonds will be retained by the Company in the capacity of a Non-Executive Director.
Simone Barratt, CEO of dotDigital, commented: "Peter and I have worked closely together over the last 7 months to ensure a smooth transition and I am delighted that he will be staying on in a Non-Executive capacity post his retirement in June.
