** Shares of Dotz Nano Ltd  DTZ.AX  dip as much as 14.3% to
A$0.210, posting their biggest intraday pct loss since March 30 
    ** The advanced technology co announces private placement
offering of about A$4 mln ($2.71 mln)
    ** Issue price of A$0.20 per share is at an 18.4% discount
to last close on July 21
    ** Co says funds raised will be used for growth initiatives,
among others
    ** Shares hit their lowest level since May 4
    ** DTZ stock down 18.3% YTD, as of last close
