** Shares of Australia's Dotz Nano Ltd  DTZ.AX  rise as much
as 8% to A$0.270, their highest since Sept. 9
    ** Tech co secures A$5.15 mln ($3.47 mln) investment from
New York-based Lind Partners, an institutional fund manager
    ** Investment via pre-payment for a placement of ordinary
full paid shares and 7.1 mln unlisted 4-year options with an
exercise price of 47.5 Au cents per share
    ** Melbourne-based anti-counterfeiting solutions provider
says funds will be used to accelerate projects associated with
Theracell Labs to develop cell and gene therapy devices, and
others
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Aug.31
    ** Stock had fallen 45.7% this year, as of last close
