** Shares of Dotz Nano DTZ.AX fall 21.8% to A$0.068, set for weakest session since mid November 2024

** Stock hits lowest level since May 7

** The nanotechnology co receives binding commitments to raise A$1.2 million ($772,680.00) via a placement

** Issue price of A$0.06 represents 31% discount to co's last close

** Says funds will be used for working capital purposes

** More than 419,000 shares change hands vs 30-day avg volume of around 388,000 shares

** Stock down 32% YTD, including current session's moves
