Australia's Dotz Nano soars on collaboration with U.S.' Orgenesis unit

** Shares of anti-counterfeiting solutions provider Dotz
Nano  DTZ.AX  soar as much as 13.4% to A$0.38, on course for
their best session since July 20, 2021, if gains hold 
    ** Says it will collaborate with U.S.-listed Orgenesis Inc's
 ORGS.O  Greece-based unit Theracell Labs, which develops cell
isolation technology  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX9g0pHq 
    ** Firms to collaborate on the development of technology for
an identification standard to tag patient-derived cells
    ** Theracell has committed to purchasing atleast $5 mln of
Dotz-tagged disposable bioprocessing consumables in the first 12
months of the agreement 
    ** Theracell to also pay Dotz Nano 5% of net revenue from
the sales of the product 
    ** Shares hit highest level since April 5 
    ** DTZ down 27.2% YTD, as of last close
