** Co beats Q2 profit estimates helped by higher prices and volumes as a result of the Middle East conflict-driven supply shock
** DOW posts Q2 adjusted profit of $1.44/share vs estimates of $1.28/share - LSEG data
** Q2 net sales from its packaging and specialty plastics segment rose 27% to $6.4 billion from a year earlier, driven by higher polyethylene prices in all regions
** As of last close, DOW up 33.7% YTD
