Adds company news, updates futures Aug 7 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening flat on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.03%. * WPP: British ad group WPP WPP.L said it was on track to meet annual forecasts which it downgraded last month. * ARGENTEX: Britain's Argentex AGFX.L said that a previously announced acquisition of the company by cross-border payments provider IFX Payments has been terminated . * DELIVEROO: British food delivery group Deliveroo ROO.L forecast annual core profit of 170 million pounds to 190 million pounds ($227 million to $254 million), the upper end of its previous forecast range. * INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS: Holiday Inn owner InterContinental Hotels Group IHG.L reported a fall in U.S. revenue per available room (RevPAR) in the second quarter. * DOWLAIS: British auto parts supplier Dowlais DWL.L reported a cash burn of 29 million pounds ($38.76 million) in the first half of the year. * HARBOUR ENERGY: North Sea-focused Harbour Energy HBR.L raised the lower end of its annual production guidance range, driven by a growing portfolio, and reported a jump in first-half adjusted pretax profit. * JUST GROUP: British insurer Just Group JUSTJ.L posted a 23% fall in first-half operating profit. * HOUSING: British house prices rose by the most in six months in July when they increased by a slightly faster than expected 0.4% from June, according to figures from mortgage lender Halifax. * COMMODITIES: Oil prices rose 1%, gold rose, and copper and other base metals rose on Thursday. * EX-DIVS: RELX REL.L, Rolls-Royce RR.L, Barclays BARC.L, NatWest NWG.L, Reckitt RKT.L, Standard Chartered STAN.L, Ashtead AHT.L, BT BT.L, Informa INF.L, SEGRO SGRO.L, and St James's Place SJP.L will trade without entitlement to its latest dividend pay-out on Thursday. * For more on the factors affecting European stocks, please click on: LIVE/ TODAY'S UK PAPERS > Financial Times PRESS/FT > Other business headlines PRESS/GB (Compiled by Nithyashree R B in Bengaluru) ((NithyashreeRB@thomsonreuters.com;))
