Cancellation of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights

 

The Company announces that on 2 April 2024, it cancelled 5,125,819 Ordinary
Shares of £0.001 each previously held in Treasury. Following the cancellation
of these shares, the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date
of this announcement comprised 46,608,486 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each,
there are no shares held in Treasury.

 

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the
figure of 46,608,486 following settlement when determining if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company.
