 Total Assets - including current period revenue* at 01 August 2024  £3.69m
 Net Assets - including current period revenue* at 01 August 2024    £3.69m

 The Net Asset Value (NAV) per share at 01 August 2024 was:
 Per Ordinary share (bid price) - including current period revenue*  8.09p
 Per Ordinary share (bid price) - excluding current period revenue*  8.09p

 Ordinary share price                                                9.00p

 Premium/(Discount) to NAV (including current period revenue)        11.23%

 

The net asset value is calculated after deduction of the fourth special
interim dividend of 2.2p per share. The shares were quoted ex-dividend on 01
August 2024 and the special dividend will be paid on 23 August 2024.

 

* Current period revenue covers the period 01/03/2024 to 01/08/2024 and
