Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 19 April 2024 it bought back 176,450 Ordinary
Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at a price of 31.05
pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 46,432,036 Ordinary Shares of £0.001
each in issue.  There are no shares held in Treasury, therefore the total
voting rights and the number for reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules is 46,432,036 when determining if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company.
