Wall Street's main indexes swung between gains and losses on the last day of a
tumultuous week that rocked the global markets as the low-yielding yen surged
and fears of a recession gripped the world's biggest economy. .N

39,485.02. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.40% at 5,340.79 and the Nasdaq Composite
.IXIC was up 0.44% at 16,733.379.
