 * Discloseable transaction in relation to (1)the finance lease agreement; and (2) the consultancy agreement  0668.HK  
 * Jv company, an indirect unit entered into the finance lease agreement with Taian Huayang 
 * Jv company agreed to purchase machinery and equipment from Taian Huayang at a total consideration of RMB20 million 
 * Says JV company entered into the consultancy agreement with Taian Huayang 
 * Says under consultancy agreement Taian Huayang has agreed to pay a fee of RMB1 million 
 * Says the finance lease agreement comprised arrangements for sale and purchase of machinery and equipment
