 * Termination of discloseable transaction in relation to (1)the sale and purchase agreement; (2) the finance lease agreement; and (3) the consultancy agreement  0668.HK  
 * Jv company and Shanxi hospital have agreed not to proceed with the transaction after negotiation 
 * Termination of transaction will not have any material adverse impact on financial position and operation of the group
