London-listed DP Eurasia jumps on Jubilant buyout offer

** London-listed DP Eurasia NV DPEU.L jumps as much as
22.6% to 84p, stock top pct gainer across London
** Co gets 85p/share cash offer from Jubilant Foodworks
Netherlands B.V., unit of India's Jubilant Foodworks JUBI.NS ,
for its entire issued and outstanding ordinary share capital not
already owned by acquirer
** Offer for co, exclusive master franchisee of Domino's
Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia,
represents a premium of 24.1% to DPEU's Monday closing price and
values Netherlands-based group at about 124.6 mln pounds
($157.1 mln)
** Shares hit highest level since Feb. 21, 2022
** Stock set for best day since March 17, 2022, if trend
holds
** Currently, stock at session-high, taking YTD gains to
~56%
($1 = 0.7930 pounds)
