Board Changes

DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland
and Croatia, is pleased to announce that, further to the proposed Board
Changes announced on 30 August 2022, regulatory due diligence has been carried
out by the Company's Nomad and the appointment of Edward Kacyrz as Chief
Financial Officer will be effective as of 1 December 2022.

The following disclosures are required regarding Edward's appointment pursuant
to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules").

Full name: Edward Łukasz Kacyrz

Age: 40

Edward does not hold any current directorships and has not held any
directorships in the last 5 years.

As previously announced, Edward shall be granted, upon his appointment,
3,520,025 share options over ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each, representing
0.5% of the issued share capital.

Save as set out above, there is no further information to be disclosed under
Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
