Close of Bookbuild

 

 

DP Poland, the operator of pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and
Croatia, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made at 4.45
p.m. on 27 March 2024 (the "Launch Announcement"), the Company has
successfully concluded the Bookbuild and the Placing has now closed. Results
of the Placing are expected to be announced later today.
