Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

DP Poland, the operator of pizza stores and restaurants across Poland,
announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2021
(the "Annual Report") and the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting
("Notice of AGM") will be posted to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at 1 Embankment Place, London WC2N 6RH on 15 July 2022 at
10.00 a.m.. Electronic copies of both the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM
are available on the Company's website at https://dppoland.com

Those wishing to attend the AGM in person should express their interest by
