DP Poland, the operator of pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and
Croatia, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2022, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"),
have been posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents are also available
on the Company's website at https://dppoland.com/2015/

The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 28 July 2023, at 1 Embankment Place,
London, WC2N 6RH.

 

Those wishing to attend the AGM in person should express their interest by
