Notification of Transactions by a Director and Person Closely Associated

The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions
in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares (the 'shares') undertaken by a director /
person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') and a person closely
associated with them ('PCA'):

 * On 1 September 2025, Giles Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 105,838
shares in his ISA at a price of £0.91377 per share, having sold 105,785
shares at a price of £0.8965 per share.

 * On 1 September 2025, Katie Wilson, a PCA of Giles Wilson, purchased 30,019
shares in her ISA at a price of £0.911447 per share, having sold 30,000
shares at a price of £0.910823 per share.

Following these transactions, which entail the movement of holdings into ISAs,
Giles's overall beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 260,193
Ordinary Shares.

The relevant notifications, set out below, are provided in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
