Director/PDMR Shareholding

Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility

The Company announces that it was notified on 24 September 2024 of the
following transaction in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares (the 'shares')
undertaken by a director / person discharging managerial responsibility
('PDMRs'):

 * In order to effect a 'Bed and ISA' transaction, Robyn Perriss, Independent
Non-Executive Director, sold 89,054 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £0.515 per Ordinary Share and then
repurchased 89,054 Ordinary Shares into her ISA at a price of £0.5155 per
Ordinary Share. Following these transactions, Robyn's overall beneficial
interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 99,328 Ordinary
Shares.

The relevant notifications, set out below, are provided in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
